Plumstead Township (Township) appeals from a final order of the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board(PLRB) concluding that the Township committed unfair labor practices in violation of the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Act (PLRA) *fn1 and the Collective Bargaining by Policemen or Firemen Act (Act 111) *fn2 when the Township unilaterally discontinued allowing police officers to take their police vehicles home after completing their duty shifts. We affirm.
